A wonderfully creative challenge. I love your pink feather for the future. I have only lived in 3 places plus college at the MU. All were in the state of Missouri. But, I have done many different ‘jobs’. I often refer to past ‘jobs’ as ‘in another lifetime’. I think that is because I try to keep my focus on the ‘Now’, to be present in the moment. I love the idea of misdirection, in other words, stay in the flow of the universe. Life has it’s many ups and downs, but if you stay in the flow and look for the silver linings, it can be an amazing ride. Thanks Bernadette for this wonderful blog post! <3

I love your reference to the past jobs as “in another lifetime,” Cindy. It DOES feel like that when we are truly present and “in the flow.” What a treat to see you here! Thank you for leaving a comment and sharing your “map.” 🙂

Lovely post Bernadette! Getting a little “lost” now and then makes life interesting…what fun would it be to always stay on the straight and narrow path where the scenery never changes and the experience is always the same? The twists and turns, the peaks and valleys…that’s where the adventure and discovery lies.

Thanks Gayle. And amen to “getting lost” … reminds me of a singer/songwriter I saw years ago with a song entitled, ‘I’m not lost. I’m just wandering.” With you as a singer/songwriter, I wonder what your LYRICAL and MUSICAL Map would “hum” about this journey we are on? 😉
